On the 26th anniversary of the first headquarters of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), the building of this headquarters was inaugurated in the village of Rance in the Municipality of Shtime.

On this occasion, the Mayor of the municipality of Shtime, Qemajl Aliu, said that this headquarters is the seal of courage for the area of this municipality and Nerodima, which shows the courage and bravery of the KLA soldiers.

In front of those present, the mayor of Shtime said that he is privileged and that this place will be eternal for future generations.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Social-Democratic Initiative party (NISMA), Fatmir Limaj, the commander of this area with the nickname "Çeliku", has stated that the past should be honored as much as possible in order to restore the traces to strengthen the future of Kosovo.

Reminding the KLA founders who are in The Hague, Limaj said that they are paying the price of freedom.

Likewise, the Deputy Minister of Defense, Shemsi Syla, has added that these works are evidence of what is to be argued for the justice that the founders of the KLA are defending in The Hague.

Syla added that the Minister of Defense is working to raise the infrastructure and equip the KSF with military equipment as much as possible.

Meanwhile, due to the impossibility of being present, the Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti, has sent a greeting telegram, in which he has emphasized that "since last year and throughout the first half of this year, the Government and I, as Prime Minister, have tried our best on this 25th anniversary, let's remember the victims of the war and mark one by one the battles, honor fighters and martyrs of the KLA". /A.
