The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, presented to the MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo, the Draft Law on public officials, which he said is needed. He said that it is necessary for the public administration to open to young people, professionals and the diaspora, and according to him this Draft Law enables this through recruitment procedures.
