The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Svecla, today stated that Kosovo does not have an aggressive approach and conquest aspirations like Serbia and that Kosovo aims for peace and stability, while Serbia aims for destabilization and war.

He emphasized that the declarations that the Republic of Kosovo has raised the state of readiness are completely untrue and are part of the propaganda of the Serbia-Russia duo.

"It is precisely Serbia, influenced by Russia, that has raised a state of military readiness, it is ordering the erection of new barricades, in order to justify and defend the criminal groups that terrorize citizens of Serbian ethnicity in particular, living in Kosovo. We are not interested in war, but we are committed to fighting crime and terrorism within our country. This hinders Serbia because over the years it has supported criminal groups in the north of the country in all its forms," Svecla wrote.
