Today, seven years have passed since the agreement on the principles of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, signed by the former Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa on August 25, 2015 in Brussels. Seven years after this agreement, the Government of Kosovo is requested that its establishment be done without executive powers and only after the recognition of Serbia.

The expert on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process, Arbër Fetahu, from the Group for Legal and Political Studies, told KosovaPress that after the position of the American Administration, the Association should not have executive powers. According to him, Kosovo has no reason to allow the same to be negotiated even if requested by the Serbian side...
