Serbs from the north leave the institutions of Kosovo
The political and institutional representatives
of the Serbs of northern Kosovo, after the extraordinary meeting held today in
Zveqan, have decided to abandon all the institutions of Kosovo, including the
Assembly, the Government, the judiciary, the police, and the municipalities.
According to them, this decision is valid until
the official Prishtina withdraws the decisions, as they called unilateral, on
license plates and others, as well as respects the Brussels agreements.
The chairman of the Serbian List, Goran Rakiq, reading the decisions of this meeting, was the first to resign from the position of Minister for Communities and Returns in the Government of Kosovo, demanding "respect for international law"...
