The former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Salih Mustafa has chosen not to give an unsworn statement at the end of the trial nor to answer the questions of the trial panel. This was announced at today's hearing by the presiding judge, Mappie Veldt-Foglia, who said that they had planned questions for Mustafa related to the events of April 1999.
