The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, stated that the European Union document for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, unsigned due to the lack of will on the part of the Serbs but agreed in Brussels and Ohrid, is the best that the parties can get.

Rama made these statements in a conversation with the audience of the Royal Institute of International Relations, Chatham House, in England where he is on an official visit.
