Over 1,500 complaints from citizens have been filed at the Ombudsperson Institution. Even during the last year, the largest number of complaints speaks of the denial of the right to a fair trial and the delay of judicial procedures. Institutions have not implemented even half of the recommendations that have been made, whereas 69% of them are awaiting implementation. In the interview for KosovaPress, the Ombudsperson states that the past year has been challenging with many cases that violate human rights.
