The members of the Committee for Local Government, Regional Development and Media, have requested that the scope of this committee include the supervision of public administration, as has been the case in previous legislatures. At the constitutive meeting of this committee, it was said that after the merger of the Ministry of Public Administration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the supervision of the public administration was not included in any of the parliamentary committees. The members of this committee agreed to address this issue in the next meetings and to address the presidency of the Assembly so that the oversight of the public administration is the competence of this committee. The member of the committee from AAK, Besnik Tahiri, said that this committee without the supervision of the public administration is dysfunctional.
