The change of seasons can have a huge impact on mental health, low temperatures and lack of sunlight can have a huge impact on a person's mood and energy.

Some of the symptoms that appear are a type of depression related to the disorder of emotions, which is accompanied by a lack of will and motivation, passivity and emotional exhaustion.

Psychologists advise that the best way to avoid these symptoms is foods with vitamin D, physical activities, exposure to the sun.

Kristian Halilaj, psychologist, tells KosovaPress that the winter season has a negative effect on some people, as the light level drops and the sun's rays do not appear the same as in the spring and summer season.

Halilaj says that these symptoms show emotional fluctuations, such as drowsiness and lack of will.

Halilaj advises people to take foods that contain vitamin D, regularly engage in physical activities, but in case of depressive thoughts, then to visit a psychologist.
