The Kosovo Police, in coordination with the Basic Prosecutor's Office of Prishtina, are carrying out an action in several locations. The action started in the morning and is still going on.

This was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prishtina, Laureta Ulaj.

She announced that the action is related to the suspicions of committing the criminal offenses "Fraud in office", "False documents related to tax" and "Tax evasion".

"The Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, Zejnullah Gashi, announces that under the leadership of this prosecution, more specifically by the Department for Economic Crimes and Corruption, in full coordination with the Police and after the approval of the Judge of the Preliminary Procedure, an action is underway since the morning, including several locations in Kosovo, on suspicion of committing criminal offenses by officials and citizens, more specifically on suspicion of committing criminal offenses 'Fraud in office', 'False documents related to tax' and 'Avoidance from the tax'", she said.
