Participants of the Advanced Security Course meet with the Committee on Security

14 participants from the Advanced Course for Security and Defense of Albania were hosted by the Committee on Security Affairs. Members of this Committee said that Kosovo needs the cooperation and support of Albania, due to the threats it is facing. In this meeting, it was emphasized that the Security Course is the most advanced course in the military career.

The Chairman of the Committee on Security Affairs, Bekë Berisha, said that Kosovo is facing threats and challenges. He also mentioned the terrorist attack in Banjska of Zveçan, for which he said that the security institutions have shown professionalism.

Even the vice president of the Committee, Enver Dugolli, said that Kosovo needs cooperation and support. He added that the main objective is for Kosovo to be part of the NATO alliance.

The head of the Strategy and Advanced Studies department, Razije Mehmeti, spoke about the purpose of this course.

The mission of this college is the education and qualification of military and civilian personnel through the curriculum, at the high levels of leadership of the Armed Forces and other national security institutions.
