President Vjosa Osmani has said that Kosovo cannot move forward without the help of allies. According to her, the dinar issue should not have caused clashes with international friends.

The head of the state in a statement to the media after the regional conference "Parliamentarism and Resolution 1325: Perspectives from the Western Balkans", also spoke about the issue of dialogue and elections in the four northern municipalities.

According to her, the CBK regulation, which prohibits the use of the dinar in Kosovo, should not have been an issue at all.

In addition, Osmani announced that very soon the CEC will approve the operational plan for the removal of the mayors from the municipalities in the north, which would then produce new elections there.

According to her, this issue should be moved forward, as the removal of the measures is related to the new elections in the north.

As for the dialogue, Osmani said that it was damaged by the lack of balancing by the mediator.

She also spoke about the EU elections.

"The EU elections are in May. After the elections in the EU, we will have a new commissioner, we will have new officials who will take over the dialogue process, in all likelihood also a new mediator, from what I was told by Mr. Lajcak, who has the mandate until August, if I am not mistaken", said Osmani. /KosovaPress/
