Osmani in Brussels says that Serbia is planning new attacks
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has said that at the meeting of the EU summit with the Western Balkans tonight, she will inform the European leaders about the danger coming from Serbia for peace and security in the country and the region.
In a statement to the media before the summit, Osmani emphasized that this summit is being held at a difficult time for Europe and the world due to a number of conflicts taking place in the world, which challenges prove how important peace and security are in Western Balkans.
She once again requested the removal of the EU measures imposed on Kosovo and the imposition of measures on Serbia due to the act of aggression returned on September 24 in Banjska.
The first lady of our country emphasized that during the summit meeting she will talk about the danger from Serbia to destabilize Kosovo and the region. She emphasized that the events of September 24 in Banjska were an act of terror sponsored by the Serbian state, which continues to protect the perpetrators of this attack, therefore it is important to prevent similar attacks in the future.
Moreover, Osmani said that in Brussels it will be discussed how our region can move forward and on the perspective of the countries of the Western Balkans on their way to European integration, including Kosovo.
