The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, paid an official visit to Austria. In the meetings held there, Osmani stressed that Kosovo has met all the criteria for visa liberalization, for which he asked the European Union to keep its promise to Kosovars. The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, during her official visit to Austria, met with members of the Kosovo-Austria friendship association, at the invitation of The First Lady of Austria, Doris Schmidauer, she gave a lecture at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna and met a group of successful Austrian women. During the meeting with the Kosovo-Austria friendship association, led by MEP Lukas Mandl, President Osmani thanked the Austrian state for its support to Kosovo at various stages throughout history. He stressed that Kosovo has already met all the criteria for visa liberalization, so he asked the EU to keep its promise to Kosovars. Furthermore, President Osmani has expressed the conviction that Austria will continue to stand by Kosovo in the process of European integration, as well as in that of Euro-Atlantic integration", it is said in the press release from the president's office.
