The Basic Court in Ferizaj has approved the request of the Basic Prosecution of Ferizaj, to impose detention on the defendant Q.J, a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of aggravated murder. According to the court, after holding the hearing and analyzing the case file, the pre-trial judge of the Department for Serious Crimes, has assessed that there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant on May 28, 2022, in Ferizaj, with intent and preparation has deprived the now deceased G.H. of his life, in a way that endangers the lives of other persons, in which case, after an earlier dispute with the now honorable man, he shot at him with firearms seven times, where as a result of shooting from wounds received honors life.
