The Assembly of Kosovo is waiting for the interpretation of the Constitutional Court regarding the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, so that it is part of the Constitution.

The executive has said that after the approval in the parliament, a state body will be formed for the implementation of this convention. In the discussion that was held on Monday at the Commission for Human Rights, non-governmental organizations have criticized the institutions for discriminating against groups of people with disabilities.
