In this legislature, the Assembly of Kosovo continues to face a lack of quorum for voting on numerous laws and resolutions. The non-participation of the MPs of the Assembly of Kosovo has become a practice of this legislature, which has led to the accumulation of agenda items since August.

The organizations that monitor the work of the Assembly of Kosovo, told KosovaPress, that the new Work Regulation of Kosovo Assembly should include financial penalties and other penalties for MPs who, even though they are in the Assembly hall, do not participate in voting, thus breaking the quorum.
