Placing graffiti in the four northern municipalities with the message "When the army returns to Kosovo, the Northern Brigade lives", are seen as disturbing by the parliamentary groups in the Assembly of Kosovo. Positions and opposition say the situation in the north remains fragile due to Serbia's tendencies to destabilize the situation there through certain groups.

The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, said that the appearance of new graffiti in the north was taken with concern and seriousness by the competent security bodies. According to her, all the information shows that Serbia has never stopped to destabilize the north of the country.

As a result of this, Kusari-Lila added that the personal security of the state leaders has also increased. As stated by the head of MPs of the ruling party, the information shows that there is a potential that the same could be the target of attacks from Serbia.

However, she refused to reveal details about allegations of planning an assassination attempt against Prime Minister Albin Kurti in North Macedonia, where she stayed last week.

On the other hand, the head of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Abelard Tahiri, speaking about the allegations of planning an assassination attempt against Prime Minister Kurti, said that the professionalism of Kosovo's institutions is not based on the news in the media, but on the identification of the perpetrators. According to him, it is regrettable that such news was denied by the institutions of North Macedonia.

Meanwhile, the head of the Parliamentary Group of AAK, Besnik Tahiri, said that they do not know what was the level of the threat against Prime Minister Kurti, but, according to him, such issues should not be used for political positions.

However, Tahiri declares that the hostile agenda of Serbia and President Vucic will never stop for the destabilization of Kosovo.

They made these comments after the meeting of the Presidency of the Assembly, where it was decided that three plenary sessions will be held this week.

The MPs are expected to meet on Wednesday to consider the remaining points from the previous sessions, while on Thursday two new plenary sessions will be held, where one will consider the constitutional additions-amendments for the vetting process, while the other session for international agreements and other items on the agenda.

On the other hand, the head of the PDK MPs, Abelard Tahiri, said that they will initiate the establishment of two parliamentary investigative commissions, one for single-source contracts and the other for school textbooks.

Meanwhile, the head of the MPs of AAK, Besnik Tahiri, announced that they have collected the signatures for calling an extraordinary session for the law on health insurance./KosovaPress/
