The Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, has said that he has given his consent to the lifting of the arrest warrant against the US and EU sanctioned person, Milan Radoiciq. And while he did not show the reason for this, the director of the "Octopus" institute, Agim Musliu, says that nothing justifies such a thing, since the latter attacked the Republic of Kosovo on September 24.

Musliu told KosovaPress, that no secret international agreement can be applied in such cases, when it comes to a terrorist commander-in-chief, who commits aggression and such acts against a country.

"Milan Radoiciq is a criminal wanted both internationally by INTERPOL and EUROPOL and is on the black list of the United States of America. Regarding what you said, that Isufaj has stopped the criminal prosecution of the chief terrorist Milan Radoiciq, I have no comment, I don't know the circumstances why this happened, but in any case there is no reason to do this because Milan Radoiciq was the commander-in-chief of terrorists who have directly attacked the state of Kosovo, the Republic of Kosovo, he has claimed to separate one of the territories from the Republic of Kosovo and these are the most serious and sanctioned acts by all international laws as well as those of the Republic of Kosovo, by law there is no more serious act", said Musliu.

A week ago, KosovaPress reported that INTERPOL has issued an arrest warrant against the terrorist Milan Radoiciq.

The latter has admitted that he is behind the terrorist attack in Banjska of Zveçan, but that he continues to be free in Serbia./N.Jakupi/
