A serious incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in Gjakova.
Police have confirmed that one person has died as a result of injuries sustained from a sharp object, according to KosovaPress.
“Based on initial investigations, it is suspected that around 02:20, following a dispute on ‘Mbretëresha Teutë’ street in Gjakova, the victim was attacked by another adult male, who is currently on the run. Police units immediately responded to the scene and, in consultation with the State Prosecutor, a murder case has been initiated. All necessary operational and investigative actions are currently being taken to fully clarify the circumstances of the case,” the statement from Elezaj said.
