Digitalization of health services, including health insurance, return of the "brain drain" and taking care of the health professionals through concrete programs in health, Clinical centers of excellence and advanced clinical services, scientific research and capacity building, international accreditation processes, Improving the quality of medical services and decentralizing the hospital system and reorganizing the HUCSK / UCCK are the seven pillars through which the Minister of Health, Rifat Latifi is planning to build human capacity in health and provide quality services and health care. Calling it the best gift for the children of Kosovo, Latifi announced the launch of services for patients at the Pediatric Hospital, a project which was inaugurated in September by state leaders. He said that they are also working for a transformation in the health sector in the legislative aspect, while emphasizing the need for EU support to increase the well-being of health professionals.
