Vetëvendosje Movement insists on the adoption of the Draft Law that paves the way for the increase of the minimum wage, without the inclusion of veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army. The ruling party has vowed that veterans' pensions will be dignified once they are categorized and have a substantive treatment of pension reforms. The head of the Parliamentary Group of Vetëvendosje Movement, Mimoza Kusari-Lila says for KosovaPress that the protest of KLA veterans was a democratic form of expression of dissatisfaction, but in 2016 the increase of the minimum wage with the veterans' pension was separated.
