The EU's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has said that he welcomes the decision of official Pristina for one-month postponement of the reciprocity of license plates and ID cards issued by Serbia, scheduled to come into effect on August 1. "I welcome Kosovo's decision to accept Josep Borrell's proposal for a one-month postponement. The EU expects all barricades to be removed immediately," he wrote. "The head of European diplomacy Borrell calls on Kosovo and Serbia to engage in dialogue on the way forward. Grateful to the US ambassador in Kosovo for strong support", concluded Lajçak.
