The Special Representative of the European Union for the Prishtina-Belgrade dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has come to Kosovo on an unannounced visit. This was the reason why Prime Minister Kurti left the session of the Assembly of Kosovo.

The government spokesman, Përparim Kryeziu, said that the meeting started at 14:00, whereas Kurti also has other meetings afterwards.

"From 14:00, Prime Minister Kurti is holding a meeting with the Special Representative of the European Union, Lajcak, who is staying in Kosovo. Then he continues the daily agenda of official meetings. This is the reason why he could not stay longer in the Assembly. Today was only the first session of the new season of the Assembly.
