The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has said that the Government of Kosovo cannot send the draft statute of the Association proposed by the EU to the Constitutional Court, as it does not agree with it.

According to her, there are serious concerns about how the Association's draft statute should be sent to the Constitutional Court, but she said that there must be an intermediate path in which there must be something from the government's side, but also to receive serious guarantees from the international factor that the same cannot have executive powers.

Kusari-Lila expressed her disappointment with Kosovo's non-membership in the Council of Europe.
