The West must take concrete steps to avoid any possible conflict that Serbia could provoke in Kosovo, says Professor of Political Sciences, Dritëro Arifi. According to him, there can be no war as long as KFOR troops are in Kosovo, but he adds that open problems must be closed as they produce conflicts which then he says can turn into war.

Arifi considers the statement of the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, that there is a risk of a new conflict between Kosovo and Serbia, as a message for the West to take steps and warn Serbia about the latter's provocations in the north of Kosovo...
