The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that Hungarians, Bosnians, Albanians and Bulgarians could form mono-ethnic associations of municipalities in Serbia, but Serbia does not allow such a thing, but it is asking for one in Kosovo.

Kurti says that there are 21 minorities in Serbia.

Full post:

Associations of municipalities on ethnic basis in Serbia?

There are officially 21 minorities in Serbia: Croats, Bunjevics, Bulgarians, Bosnians, Albanians, Hungarians, Roma, Romanians, Rusyns, Slovaks, Ukrainians, Jewish connection, Ashkali, Vlachs, Greeks, Egyptians, Germans, Slovenians, Czechs, Macedonians, Montenegrins .

11 municipalities in Serbia are led by non-Serb mayors. Hungarians, Bosnians, Albanians and Bulgarians could form mono-ethnic associations of municipalities. Why does Serbia not enable them to do this, while it demands such a thing in Kosovo?
