A discussion was held today for the treatment of stray dogs, attended by the Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti, together with the ministers and civil society. Kurti pledged that a National Strategy for sustainable and effective management of stray dogs will be drafted, and that he will also seek assistance from actors, foreign partners so that financial means are not a problem for the implementation of sustainable and humane measures, and projects for the management of the dog population, so that there are no stray dogs on the streets.
