After the imposition of the reciprocity measure for the license plates, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla received the ambassadors of the Quint countries and the Head of the European Union Office in Kosovo. In this meeting, it was discussed about yesterday's decision regarding the provision of temporary license plates for vehicles with Serbian license plates while entering the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. According to the Prime Minister's Office, Kurti informed the ambassadors that there were no incidents at any border crossing yesterday and today. He said that yesterday's decision is neither a provocation nor a discrimination against anyone and that the Kosovo Police has been and is professional, correct and efficient.
