A day before, the Kosovo Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, wrote a letter to the European Union’s Special Representative for the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue and other Western Balkans regional issues, Miroslav Lajçak, saying that he will lead the Kosovo’s team in the dialogue.
