Meanwhile, the Minister of the Interior, Xelal Svečla, announced that the implementation of the decision on possession with a declaration form has already begun for all persons who have Serbian documents. "The distribution of the entry-exit document has already begun at the border points of the Republic of Kosovo, with the exception of the Jarinje and Bernjak points, which continue to be closed due to the barricades that have been set up by illegal Serbian structures," said Svecla. This decision will continue to be implemented until all the barricades are removed and the freedom of movement of citizens and goods is ensured. At the moment of removal of all barricades and obstacles, this decision will be suspended until September 1, 2022.
