Kurti on license plates: It is a consent, but it is not an agreement
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has stated that last
night's agreement on license plates is a great achievement since for the first
time the dialogue process enters the phase of negotiation on the general
framework. Even though he called it a consent, Kurti emphasized that last
night's document differs from what was offered to him in Brussels on Monday. In
his speech at the plenary session, he stated that Borrell's statement has
changed, not Kosovo's positions. According to the chief executive, the license
plate agreement is valid until the end of the negotiation of the Franco-German proposal.
