The newly elected Prime Minister, Albin Kurti is not expected to have problems holding the post of chief executive even if the constitutionality of his election is disputed. Such a thing is believed by Kurti himself, who said that his election as Prime Minister is not a case for the Constitutional Court. Meanwhile, those familiar with the Constitution say that the opposition parties have no substance to challenge Kurti, based on the verdict, where he was barred from running as a candidate for MP.
