The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, hosted the special representative of Germany for the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin, accompanied by the Ambassador of Germany to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde.

In the preparations for this year's summit in the Berlin Process, which marks its 10th anniversary, regional cooperation and regional and European issues were topics of discussion.

The Prime Minister thanked Sarrazi for Germany's commitment and role in deepening regional cooperation between the six countries of the Western Balkans as equal parties.

Speaking about the expectations from the next summit, the prime minister emphasized the importance that the agreements reached in the Berlin Process are fully implemented, including the agreement on free movement with only ID card between Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the Government communique, the meeting also discussed the current developments in the country and the region, as well as the importance of close cooperation between the Republic of Kosovo and Germany.
