The Kosovo Pedagogical Institute presented today the results of the research "Language skills of Kosovar students aged 15 and the causes of poor performance in the PISA test, focusing on the impact of primary school teachers and the academic environment in which they develop." In this conference it was said that Kosovar students have shown a poor level in the PISA test for reading, where only 21.3 percent have managed to pass level 1. This result according to this institute shows that the student assessment system in Kosovo has serious defects According to this research, Kosovo has the highest number of teachers with master's degrees than countries such as France, USA, China, countries which have scored much better results than Kosovo.
