Kosovo and Switzerland have signed an Agreement on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, which was said to affect international legal cooperation. The agreement was signed by the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, and the Ambassador of Switzerland in Kosovo, Thomas Kolly. In a press conference, Haxhiu announced that the agreement signed today further strengthens the partnership with the institutions of the Swiss Confederation, the results of which she said will be felt by compatriots living there. She said that they are already in the process of concluding such an agreement with France, while adding that they have expressed readiness to conclude such an agreement with Croatia, for which she stressed that they are waiting for a response from the Croatian side.
