Kosovo and Northern Macedonia for the first time today held a joint meeting between the two governments. In Skopje, the two government cabinets signed 11 agreements, which were considered important for co-operation in many areas. Although differences emerged over the "Open Balkan" initiative, it was stressed that bilateral relations between the two countries will be strengthened.
