The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, together with the President Vjosa Osmani, the Minister of Defense, Armend Mehaj, the Mayor of Peja, Gazmend Muhaxheri and members of the Assembly, paid homage and laid wreaths to the memorial of the fallen in the village of Lybeniq, Peja, on the 23rd anniversary of the massacre in this village, committed by the Serbian occupying forces.
