The Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) has found a large number of violations from institutions involved in the tender process for the construction of Prizren Hospital. KDI has assessed that the Public Procurement Law has been violated by the Hospital University Clinical Service of Kosovo. Meanwhile, this organization says that during the time of the procurement process, the owner of the winning company was former Minister Blerim Kuçi. It also provided information that the change of ownership of "Hidroterm" was made on December 1 last year, while the request for interpretation that there was no conflict of interest was still on the desk of the Anti-Corruption Agency.

In the press conference, regarding the publication of the case study for the tender for the construction of the Prizren Hospital, KDI said that there was no proper treatment by all institutions regarding this case.
