Haradinaj promises an increase in pensions

The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, has promised to increase pensions by 50 percent. He said that contributory pensions must not remain below the minimum salary.

Haradinaj made these promises on Tuesday, after visiting the Association of Pensioners of Kosovo, where he was received by the chairman, Njazi Thaçi.

According to him, the increase will also be for all pension schemes, where the budget will be raised from the current 608 million to 900 million.

The host of the meeting, the president of pensioners, Njazi Thaçi said that he welcomes Haradinaj's commitment to solve the issue of pensioners.
