The chairman of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, on his Facebook profile, has given details after the meeting he held with Gabriel Escobar, the special envoy for dialogue and Assistant Secretary of State.

Haradinaj has emphasized that the serious American commitment will save the situation and will return us to the final agreement for Kosovo-Serbia recognition.

I just finished the meeting with Mr. Escobar and Ambassador Hovenier. I can tell you that they are quite focused on the developments in the country, especially in the North, with the explicit request to lower the tensions, remove the barricades and return to normalcy in that part of the country.

I believe that this serious commitment of the USA will save the situation and will bring us back to the final agreement for Kosovo-Serbia recognition.
