The AAK chairman, Ramush Haradinaj, welcomes the resumption of the dialogue with Serbia, but he says that it must be made clear to everyone that Kosovo must not take part in a roundtable discussion where is discussed about borders and territorial exchanges.

The former Prime Minister, not wanting to comment on who should lead the negotiations with the neighboring state, says for KosovaPress that the Constitution clearly defines the competencies of the chief executive and the head of state.
