Today, the German ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, reacted to this scandal, pointing out that this is an example of a "Closed Balkans". "Lasting reconciliation between societies begins with intellectual, cultural, sporting and artistic exchanges. Such exchanges are essential to building mutual understanding", Rohde said on his Twitter account.
