Kosovo in 2021 has not made progress in foreign policy. In the past year there was no new recognition and no membership in any international organization. The moratorium, part of the Washington Agreement, which expired in September, and the dialogue with Serbia are being blamed. Despite this, the opposition and civil society criticize the institutions for stagnation and lack of consolidation of foreign policy. On the other hand, the executive says that under their leadership, foreign policy has been a priority and there have never been more bilateral visits.
