ECAP decides on complaints of non-Serb parties against the votes of Romania Initiative

Parties of non-Serb communities have recently sent a complaint to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel, regarding the election process and suspicions of misuse of votes from the Serbian List. The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel has partially approved one complaint and one in full regarding the complaints of non-Serb parties regarding the annulment of votes belonging to the political entity Romania Initiative. ECAP has also announced that they have received the complaint of the candidate for MP from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Florentina Gjergjaj, in which case they have requested that the conditional ballots be recounted in all municipalities of Kosovo and all ballots from diaspora, only ballots of the political entity AAK.
