Due to delays in the works at the Obilic Family Medicine Center forces citizens to receive services elsewhere

Although the renovation and construction of the Main Family Medicine Center (MFMC) in Obiliq began in May 2024, they have not yet been completed. While citizens complain about the delay in the works, they indicate that they are forced to receive health services in Miloseva or Prishtina.

The financial aspect, the lack of manpower and climatic conditions are considered the causes of the delay in completing the work at the Main Family Medicine Center in this municipality.

Xhevahire Krasniqi has also noticed the delay in the works, and she points out the difficulties in receiving health services during this time.

She says that in the absence of dental services due to the renovations at the MFMC, she has to go to Miloseva or other places.

"Very slowly. It's been almost a year since the renovations started. Not only for me, but for every citizen there are obstacles. The dentistry is upstairs, they sent the dentistry to Milosevo. Not everyone can go to Miloševo... Since the works started, especially since the weather has gotten colder, we experienced delays in the works...
