Roland Frrokaj is part of Kosovo Customs for 19 years, where, since April he leads the border crossing point in Vërmicë. Despite the service for almost two decades in this institution, Frrokaj was not happy about his promotion.

For him, the death of the former leader of the Vermica border crossing point, who was infected with COVID-19 virus, is a great loss for Kosovo Customs. Frrokaj says that his death has affected all Kosovo Customs workers who were working at a time when everything was closed due to pandemic.
