As of this morning, the testing of the Municipality of Prishtina has started to turn the central road ring of the capital into a one-way circular road. The test will continue for 48 hours. However, this situation has caused soluns of cars. The drivers who were stranded in the city due to the columns, did not welcome this decision. They do not see it as a solution to ease the heavy traffic of the capital, saying that this seems to block it even more.
