The vice-president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Vlora Çitaku, says that article seven of the European Union's proposal for the normalization of Kosovo-Serbia relations is more than the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority. According to her, this article gives autonomy to the Serbs of Kosovo, while also opening the package of Ahtisaari, through the status of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

In an interview for KosovaPress, Citaku says that Prime Minister Kurti made wrong calculations in the dialogue, continuing the status quo with Serbia, while adding that there is nothing concrete about the potential benefits of Kosovo from the agreed agreement with Serbia.
